Charlotte, N.C. January 27th, 2025 – Four years ago, TUSK Practice Sales made a strategic decision to focus exclusively on advising healthcare practice owners on transitioning their businesses. Led by Kevin Cumbus, Ryan Mingus, Alex Cherniavsky, and Austin Truitt, the team embarked on a transformational initiative that has since delivered life-changing outcomes for our team, clients, and industry partners.

Today marks a historic milestone in TUSK’s rich history with the formation of a new partnership among three team members.

We are thrilled to announce an exciting new chapter in the growth of TUSK Practice Sales. As of January 1, 2025, three tenured and dedicated team members Ryan Mingus, Alex Cherniavsky, and Austin Truitt—have joined TUSK Practice Sales as Partners of the firm.
