The 5-Step Process
01 Discover
Help us fully understand your business needs and expectations in a 60-minute call. We’ll discuss your 5-year vision and craft a clear path to your future. This initial meeting will help determine if we are a good fit for you and your business.
Within a week, we will send over educational materials in preparation for Step 2.
02 Educate
Together we’ll work through the value of your business, the multitude of buyers in the market, and deal structures we may come across later. This education step helps ensure you make well-informed decisions regarding the sale of your business.
After 2-4 weeks of this phase, our team will send the engagement agreement and offer EA walkthrough materials.
03 Analyze
Our team will gather your financial and operational data for analysis. We study industry trends, calculate the Adjusted EBITDA, and begin to craft your story in a way that proves irresistible to potential buyers.
By the end of this phase, marketing materials and VDR will be delivered before moving into the negotiation phase.
04 Negotiate
We negotiate every aspect of your deal to your benefit. With a swift and efficient sell-side process, our team drives a competitive bidding environment that pits buyers against one another, maximizing your business’ value.
Your M&A advisor will field calls and receive offers as we model out each one for your review until executing your chosen LOI.
05 Close
We don’t consider the deal done until the ink is dry and the wire hits your account. From defending your EBITDA and value through the Quality of Earnings process to helping you navigate pages of legal jargon, our team simplifies the complexities of selling your business to ensure you understand every aspect of the deal.
